when I updated firefox to the last version of ver 49 my browser ran slow & frequently crashed. I determined that Facebook was the cause, submitted many crash reports to which I never received any response. I determined it was fb as when I opened my homepages I closed fb and it worked fine. Also fb works fine in my Opera & Chrome Browsers, (I do not use IE for ANYTHING)at the same time I updated ff I also upgraded my Kaspersky Total Security (KAS)to the 2017 version, (this occurred before I updated KAS). I have tried starting in safe mode, same problem, updated to the most recent version same problem, here are a number of crash reports: Report ID Date Submitted bp-94e4b5e6-9c33-4092-91a6-67e192161123 11/23/2016 9:07 eaa36467-4d15-4f2a-9ce0-da91902f1296 11/22/2016 12:05 af0b9947-0126-41c4-a276-6a61f03bde22 11/22/2016 10:49 5c58c266-360c-4d7f-a235-41040483aa84 11/20/2016 23:30 bp-5c6482fa-2c8f-4edc-8801-513a52161118 11/18/2016 18:34 26309553-d3f8-4fba-96ed-923530254ca0 11/18/2016 18:09 bp-25c935fb-e21e-490d-ab46-bf9722161116 11/16/2016 21:53 bp-2dfce2c9-3985-473c-bc15-d55a52161116 11/16/2016 21:52 bp-810303bf-7de3-4f18-8622-b34ba2161116 11/16/2016 21:30 bp-1925f22d-6b20-49eb-87b9-a6e772161116 11/16/2016 21:29 e9823688-a336-4404-8022-7a0b6ab4150a 11/14/2016 3:36 bp-395c991c-914d-45a8-9a1a-847dc2141021 10/21/2014 9:36 bp-ce263c0a-0c60-4998-9911-9dee22141020 10/20/2014 21:04 bp-2e78c72c-49c3-49b2-8eea-195c22141013 10/14/2014 2:30 bp-89dd26c4-2ab6-49fe-a033-dd7fd2141013 10/14/2014 2:20

I will also attach 2 word docs (word 2017) the first is a cut & paste of "Troubleshooting Information" the second is the Raw Data version pasted in word.

Do not post Troubleshooting Information just yet. Let us look at the reports first.

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Update Kaspersky. If there is still a problem, disable it as a test.
