I can't manage my firefox acct. the sign in just says "working" infinitely. What's up?
Just installed firefox on my tyan s7025 server/gamer and I can no longer sync or sign in to manage my account on any of my machines. I have 2 laptops, a desktop, and 4 servers. Is there a limit on how many devices I can have with this account? When I try to sign in, the page just says "working" and never logs in, just continues to say "working" for as long as I leave it. Up to 30 hrs before I get aggravated and just close it. Help?

At present there is an issue with Firefox 50. If Private Browsing Mode is used. Or the Equivalent mode of Never Remember History there is a problem with Sync not logging on properly and displaying a message saying Working ...
Note this issue is fixed in a Pre Release version of Firefox and a note has been added to the Fx 50 Release Notes about it being a known issue. Once the fix is in Firefox you may use Private Browsing or Not Remembering History without it affecting Sync.
We are hoping that the fix may be included in a special version Fx50.1 Release planned shortly (Early December).

Personally I do not like using Sync neither do I have a good understanding of it so I am hoping someone else will chip in, meanwhile: If you can get a screen shot of the Console it may help. As a general tip give Sync a long time say 1/2 an hour if it says it is working just in case it does sort it self out with enough time. What items have you you set Sync to sync ? And what are you syncing with another computer or an Android phone for instance. Please look at

- I am not suggesting you try to file a bug at this stage. Please however visit about:sync-log and paste that info in to your reply. Someone may find it useful.
- Check with https://status.mozilla.org/ Sync used to have its own entry. I am guessing it is now what is described as Single Sign On at the bottom of the page. If that is not showing green or there are other relevant messages the problem may be with the servers not your machine.
