gmail voice and video / make a call(from gmail)

Hello

A feature of gmail has become unusuable after some time that updates were released where one must install a plugin called GoogleVoiceAndVideoSetup.exe which installs no problem but has no effect.

Through gmail I have been able to make and recieve phone calls which you can see in the attachment. http://5026.net78.net/gmail_phone_calls.JPG

my system has never changed and only the version of mozilla and i don't know what i could have done to have caused this so i just thought i'd shoot you a message to see if this was a problem.
