Client's Firefox crashes everyday

I work in IT and client's Firefox crashes everyday and affects her work productivity. I recently upgraded her machine to 16GB RAM, so if you see an error pointing to a lack of RAM before 9/23/2016 please ignore. I submitted quite a few reports on 9/26/2016 for crashes that had happened within the last month. Client says Gmail crashes it, but I suspect there's more to it than that.

Machine info: OS: Windows 10 with most recent updates as of 9/26/2016 Machine: Dell Latitude E6430 RAM: 16GB

Here's what I've done so far: -Ran all Win updates (9/26/2016) -Updated machine Drivers and BIOS through Dell Support -Installed more RAM: 8GB to 16GB -Updated Firefox to most recent version (as of 9/26/2016) -Updated all browsers

Have not: -Updated JAVA (version on machine is 7.X): Newer versions may not be compatible with client's programs
