Master password and some saved logins and passwords not appearing in iOS

I have 3 devices that I'm syncing: a galaxy note tablet, a Samsung Galaxy S5 and newly acquired macbook air. The first two sync perfectly, but the mac doesn't seem to pulling the full list of saved passwords and logins. Also, When I save a new bookmark, login or password on the mac, it doesn't seem to be syncing to the other Android devices.

Most importantly the mac does not have the master password for this account. In the settings it has the master password box deselected.

Should I check the box and set up the same password that the other devices ask for by default?
