When I right click on the Firefox icon the "open a new private window" no longer shows up on the list. Dont know why it stopped working but I would appreciate someone telling me how to fix it.

Are you referring to the one in the Windows Task Bar? The one that appears when Firefox is open, and where the multiple open windows appear "stacked"? And can be viewed in a floating box on cursor hover.
