How to import/load backup sessions from the Old Firefox Folder into Session Manager

I've had to reset my Firefox due to many add-ons and extensions contributing to the browser's slow performance, along with the Session Manager.

After I've reseted it though, I realized all of my add-ons have disappeared along with the session saver where I had three very important sessions saved from the last three months. I have them in my OLD FIREFOX/SESSIONS folder, but I cannot open any of them since the extension is .session I cannot open, load or import it, not directly and not through the new SESSION MANAGER add-on.

What should I do in order to load/import them again into my newly installed add-on?

Thank you very much beforehand!
