Having multiple crashes, on multiple sites. Also happens in Safe Mode

I've tried resetting Firefox, removing add-ons, running in safe mode, malwarebytes, uninstall/reinstall and it's still crashing. Safari is working fine but Chrome is also having problems and won't load most web pages.

I noticed the threads leading up to the crash seem to be scripts related to fonts. The first issue that starting happening about 6 months ago was Chrome would display a garbled character set randomly. I'm not sure if Firefox had this issue as well, as this is actually my mother's computer. Rebooting Chrome or the computer would fix this temporarily, but both Chrome and Firefox were fine as far as loading web pages and stability.
