Why does Firefox take so long to open on my Windows 7 PC?

i am using Mozilla Firefox as my default browser. When i try to open the browser i have to wait 2 or 3 minutes before it appears. and when i put any url to open website i.e. https://s7info.in its take 2-3 minutes to load even its take same time to open google.com. I am using the the most up to date version of Firefox, and my other software and browsers are working properly on my windows 7 PC.

What is your computer system and Firefox?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?
