I was browsing the below site, when the crash happened, not surprising considering the site's resource gulping, bizarre, self-serving "stutter browse" behavior; but I was a bit surprised that the damage was so widespread that the report widget also crashed while I was 15 or 20 characters into explaining the details. The latter crash may very well be my fault; I have fine motor control problems, and trying to type on a DELL Inspiron family 15 model 5559 laptop, while dangling over a hair trigger touch pad is no fun for a 72 year old Parkinson's plus Essential Tremor sufferer.

Under the circumstances, do not expect much help for me besides identifying a problem that I encountered.

My lack of experience with this 6 weeks old to me Windows 10 environment is a contributing factor.

I'll try to identify the environment by typing in the system About page, whose content just naturally is an image, not text, and resists attempts to copy it in any way I know.

Nope, overheated from frustration. Best to just send what little I could capture.

You may need help for this. Open the computers options for the keyboard. Somewhere is the setting for the keyboard repeat key rate. set it so the problem is gone.
