Firefox does not start on its own. Something is calling it. What page does the browser open to? Your home page or another?

On Windows, there are ways to start programs during computer startup.

Check the Autostart Entries of your OS, not inside Firefox Settings. If you dont know how to do it, Ccleaner is a helpful Tool for that.
