hi, this is a known issue that can only be worked around by using the 32bit version of firefox unfortunately: https://www.fxsitecompat.com/en-CA/docs/2016/flash-is-forced-windowless-mode-on-firefox-for-64-bit-windows-affecting-stage-3d/

you can download the 32bit version through https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ when you just click on the plain "windows" download link.
