I want to be able to block certain websites, to forbid them open ever again.

Hi, please try working through https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-bet365-popup/ by Malware Tips. The removal programs should also eliminate any other malware.

Note that not all removal programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.
