I allowed Firefox to correct speed problems; now when I go to Netflix, buttons I need to click are no longer present, how do I fix this?

The buttons that allow you to reorder the movies in queue no longer show at all. Tech support at Netflix is stumped. All programs including Java are up to date. The cursor changes to a 'grabby-hand' (not an index-finger hand) when hovering over the spot where the buttons should be but nothing happens when I attempt to click.
