Being this is the Thunderbird Forum, I am assuming this chart is either sent thru or coming from an email in thunderbird or a blog using the rss feature. Pls update question with such info. Also what version of Windows are you running so that I or another support genie can provide proper tools to convert outside of thunderbird in a way that can be re-imported for re-transmission if needed.

The PDF to XLS conversion is not very good. I recommend working natively with the Excel file and skipping the editing of the PDF.
