I have a website located at http://compasschildrenscharity.org.uk/ this site opens in all major browsers except FF, I have set up an identical site on a different host here: http://compass.websitesco.com/ This loads fine on FF and other browsers.

I have contacted the host for the main domain and they are unaware of any issues there end. Please can you advise under these circumstances what could cause this issue?

thanks Nobby

Hi cor-el

I dont understand why FF blocks these on one host, but not on another identical setup? Surely if it was a phishing protection, it would block it on all hosts.

This is a popular well used Themeforest template, I have setup on many hosts with no issues, it is only on this host it is a problem.

This sub directory on the server still seems to be affected in Firefox:

You can check the log in the Web Console for error messages and the Network Monitor (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) to see if content fails to load or is possibly blocked.

Use Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.

How can I get these unblocked?

Your website is working fine for me at the moment, so there shouldn't be any problems. The Google safebrowsing diagnostic website isn't reporting this domain as well.

Clear the cache and remove the cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).

"Clear the cache":

  • Firefox/Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> Network -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems.

  • Firefox/Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: "Show Cookies"
