Is it possible to sync settings across multiple computers to copy the filters back and forth?

I have 3 computers and I have recently installed Thunderbird on all of them. Set up is always a PITA, but especially doing it 3 times. And then, of course, there are ongoing changes (such as junk/spam filters) that we are tweaking almost every time we check emails. Is there any way to sync all these settings/changes across my 3 computers, or am I just dreaming? Thanks, Dave F.

Wayne, Many thanks for concise answer. Saves me a lot of time. Is it fairly obvious how to copy the filters back and forth? Thanks again! Dave
