The videos played on Firefox Navigator keep playing in background.

Hello Firefox team,

Recently, we found out an issue that on Firefox Navigator(version: 46.0.1), the videos played on browser keep playing in background.

This happened on motorola and non-motorola device with android.

Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Firefox Navigator 2. Go to www.youtube.com 3. Play some video from youtube 4. Click on home button, recent tab or lock the device

Actual result: The video keep playing in background

Expected result: The video should stop or some indication should appear under notification bar.

As this app is one of the popular app in USA, this could be a bad user experience for the user whoever has owned an android device.
