Up until now I have been using Microsoft Outlook for my email client. I decided to give Thunderbird a try out for a change. I managed to set up my account settings to work and all my inbox and sent email have synced up but I don't seem to have all the folders for my email that I have in Outlook. Do they not also get "synced"?

Yes sir, I did. However, after posting, I found a "subscribe to folders" setting which put all my folders in my Thunderbird. I'm assuming that's the correct way to do it.
