Hello, i have used Firefox for a few years now ,on multiple units PC,s laptop,s etc, never any issues, However when i open up Firefox and start to reply to a email or compose one /reply etc, it always locks my laptop up ,until i get lucky and repeatedly hit cntrl, alt, delete, then if i am lucky?, it allows me to maybe start to close as many programs as i am able ,that's a maybe , i keep windows updated and have tried to use the fix slowness ,crashes, and do a refresh /reset as instructed by Mozilla ,it doesn't help ever ,please tell me what i am doing wrong ,Thank you in advance ,Teltom1

P.S what does that mean ,as it says follow through, and list data about my laptop?? ,i am not sure what they are asking me to do when it says "follow through"?, ,sorry i am kinda clueless about how to proceed ???advise could it be that go daddy email is the problem?? it never has any issues on any other pc ??

Hello, This might be the problem with Firefox has crashed or may be needs kinda update. I would recommend you to please update latest version of Firefox, if the same problem persists try to uninstall and install with the newer version.

Hoping to hear you back.
