How can I remove Findit from the searchers (like Google)? Every time I delete it in the normal way, few days later, it reappears, and makes itself my primary.

Hello!

I don't know the Engilsh name of the upper right corner of the browser, but you know, I mean that little box, where you type in the text what you want to search on on the internet. I will call it "searcher" (Most people use it with Google). I used it with Google for many years too. But one day I may have downloaded something that I shouldn't have downloaded. It made my primary "searcher" to Findit. Well it would mean no real problem, I just opened the options, and deleted it. But a few days later, it always reappears and makes itself the primary searcher again. And I really hate it. Can you help me DESTROY it? Or at least remove it eternally?

Thank you!

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
