All emails you choose to 'Send Later' will be located in the 'Outbox' waiting for you to send them. The 'Outbox' is located in the 'Local Folders' mail account. click on 'Outbox' to see emails. If you want to send all emails currently in the Outbox: right click on Outbox folder and choose 'Send unsent messages' Usually editing is done whilst email is in Drafts before selecting 'Send Later'. However, there are occasions when you may want to modify it. Right click on email in Outbox and select 'Edit as new message' This will create a new email and so when you select: Send Latre, you would then see two emails in the Outbox, so you would need to delete the original from the Outbox assuming you do not want to send it.
