I cannot update to the latest version it keeps saying update failed and not why
I have tried numerous time to update and it just keeps downloading and never getting there - like for 2 hours. NO other info anywhere, have tried deleting old versions etc

If you have trouble with updating a program, download the current version. Remove the old, then run the installer.
- 1 Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
- 2 Uninstall Firefox from your computer {web link}
DO NOT remove your profiles. - 3 After, reboot the computer. Then run the full installer.
It is possible that security software (anti-virus, firewall) is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
