Since I have downloaded the new version some of my old programs are not working. I just keep getting an error message to install the new update... I follow the prompts and it shows I have the NEW update!!! I basically just watch TV, I have turned the permission tabs on in the correct plug in and still NOTHING!!!!!

Are you talking about programs or Firefox add-ons?

Firefox uses plugins to access other programs, but it should not be causing issues.

Please describe your issue in detail. What programs? Error messages?
