Ever sence I did my upgrades, now can't play my games or watch videos. I have updated everything too many times. your product is doing this. Help!!!

I did my updates for Firefox. Now I can't watch any videos or games. Don't tell me it's my flash player, adobe or java. They too are up to date. I have updated them several times. It's your Firefox. I use my computer for my husbands business. I need my computer. Fix this product or tell me how to go back to the older version. You already know your are having issues. So fix it. This is our income source that is now being crushed. We worked hard to build up our customers to know we are always here for them. Please fix these issues or I guess it's back to Explorer.
