Thunderbird: Turn off "only use selected text in reply"

Everyday I select/copy a name or an email address to paste into another program/search. If I then try to reply to that email (without deselecting the highlighted text), only the selected text appears below my signature -- I always want the full message. I get what the program is trying to do, but it'd be nice to be able to turn that feature off.
