The "remember passwords" feature keeps getting turned off. Every time I start firefox it is off despite the fact that I turned in on in the last session.

trend micro password manager that may be part of this security suite can be responsible for that behaviour. please uninstall it through your system control panel in case you're not using that piece of software.
