how to remember favourite download locations in the "save file as..." panel?

Finder has favourite locations, and it remebers them. The "save file as..." panel in Firefox has "Devices" and "Shared" in the sidebar and it lets me drag directories there, creating a "favorites" section, but it doesn't remeber these.
