When I'm browsing (FF 45 on Ubuntu 14.04) I sometimes click a tab and unintentionally drag it, what makes it opens a new window. Even pinned tabs behave like this, and yes, you can move them back to their intended place, but it's getting quite annoying to do this. I'd be really happy if I could fix definitely those tabs.

Anyone same situation?

Make sure that you do not drag a tab in the browser window.

Current Firefox versions have a feature called tear-off tabs.

You can detach a tab from the current window and open it in a new window by dragging a tab in the browser window.

You can drag that tab back to the tab bar in the original window to undo that detaching.

Great news: end of the annoyance! :)

FredMcD, this was a older thread as Firefox 46.0 was not released for another month if you were going by the system details.
