random scroll on top of the page in the middle

hi,

i have recently refreshed my windows, after installing firefox, i notice there is a left-right scroll at the top of the page in the middle. I uninstalled firefox and installed it again but same problem. Never had this issue before.

That is usually a problem with Avira Browser Safety.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
