ID from the most recent crash: 7b5ba89a-b75a-42e1-8f6b-0b83b2160307

Is there any indication that ID can give as to what is happening?

I would really love to figure out the cause because it is usually crashing several times a day now.

Since it seems to crash randomly sometimes very frequently, but sometimes it's fine for a day, I would try seeing if it happens in safe mode but it I think it would take a long time.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

If you want, try doing a clean install of Firefox.

Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link} Save the file. Then;

Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.

Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. Linux: Check your user manual.

Look for, and rename any Mozilla or Firefox program folders by adding .old to them.

After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner. Then run the installer. If all goes well, remove the OLD folders when you are done.
