I'm trying to access this page and I get the following message: 403 - FORBIDDEN. This is in spite of another person I know also using Firefox being able to get to the site with no difficulty. I need to access this site. It's also happening if I use Chrome, which I never use but I do have it in case I can't access a site on Firefox. I just upgraded to the newest version of Firefox and it's not helping. Any suggestions? I'd like to resolve this without tossing the computer out the window....it's been a bad, bad week.

I see the same 403 page, so it is possible that the server is hacked because using Google translate with a random source language works.

I got to the page with no problem. Did you check any of the help links in the message?
