I'm constantly getting the error message "No internet connection" while trying to open emails. As far as I can tell the connection is OK. What is going on?
Things are OK for awhile but then while going to read the next email it will take for forever, the email won't come up and then I get the no internet connection message. If I wait long enough things are OK for awhile.
I disabled all add-ons and plugins but it didn't fix the problem (although after I disabled everything things did speed up a little.

I understand that after disabling addons and extensions that Firefox sped up, but it did not help the no internet connection error when looking at web mail. I am happy to help.
- Are there any firewall settings, antivirus or proxies that might be blocking or filtering web content for this site?

I did this but I'm still getting the error message although it is a little better.
