When I load SalesForceIQ from a saved bookmark it only displays in a partial window about 1/3 and on the left side. Here's the URL, https://app.salesforceiq.com/app.html#/home I have tried other websites and they load correctly. I also tried Chrome and SalesForce load just fine. Then I open the history window and select SalesForceIQ - loads OK.

I am running Win7 I tried to load SalesForceIQ from my laptop, using WinXP and FF - load just fine. I have cleared my cache - no change. I have completely removed FF and did a fresh install - no change.

So any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Dave

Bookmarks that you allow web pages to add often have this problem.

Right-click the bookmark you use to open that site. Firefox should display a context menu of actions for the bookmark -- choose Properties. This should open a small dialog with Name and Location at the top. In the lower left corner, look for a checkbox that instructs Firefox to "Load this bookmark in the sidebar" and uncheck that then click Save.

Then test the button again and the site should launch in the main part of the tab.

Thank you so much for the quick response. Yes that was it, what's strange is I don't know how this got set. I use SF every day and I know I did not select that option.

Aby how thanks again.
