I just upgraded to Firefox 64 bit, and it won't start up, even after a reboot.

Running on a Gateway desktop PC with Windows 10 Home. I upgraded to 44.0.1 (x64 en-US) and it will not start up. There are no error messages. A reboot did not help.

Are you installing the 32 bit version or the 64 bit version of Firefox?

You can try the 64 bit version to see if that version works.

Note that only the Shockwave Flash plugin and Silverlight plugins are enabled for the 64 bit Firefox version. If you need to use other plugins like Java or media players then you need to stay with 32 bit Firefox releases.
