Dragging an attachment from an internal web site is now dragging as a picture instead of a link

My name is Mike I work at Argonne National Laboratory.

We have an internal application that we use here called Panda.

Since the recent upgrade to Firefox 44 when our users drag an attachment that is in Panda to Outlook, instead of entering outlook as a link as it did in previous versions of Firefox it is now entering as a .bitmap.

Are there any settings that I can change that would fix this issue.
