I subscribe to a number of RSS feeds in TB but a number have now started automatically playing videos as soon as I open them. How can I stop this? There appear to be a number of add-ons for Firefox that stop this but none for TB that I can see.

There is an option under the shockwave plugin to ask to activate but this option in greyed out.

It is so annoying to be blasted with noise when I'm trying to listen to music and I just want to be able to read the feed. Only if I find it interesting do I want to play the video.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Also, is there a way to make ALL flash video now play in html 5 and get rid of flash for good?
