if i close the current tab every time i want to go back tab. Sometimes it goes to the next tab if i visit the next tab before.

Type about:config<enter> in the address bar. If a warning screen comes up, press the Be Careful button. At the top of the screen is a search bar.

Type browser.tabs.selectOwnerOnClose and set it to true
