Visual bookmarks don't work. I reseted Firefox, deleted it, download new versions of elements of Yandex, visual bookmarks. But nothing helps me. Help me support please. It's very annoying. Help. I hope that you can help me. I'm writing in support of 3'd time. I can not find the answer to my problem.

Somebody could write in Russian? I hope that my problem will solve. This problem is very annoying.

Maybe browser needs plug-ins? What kind? Or addons.

What page are you opening or trying to open?

Is this about a web page on internet or about a built-in Firefox page like the about:newtab page with the tiles?

This doesn't look like the Bookmarks Manager (Library).

When I try to install, it takes me to a page in Turkish, which probably is not the version you are using.
