Mozilla does not have the resources to have a call center for one on one support by phone, chat or email as they would do it for free if they did.

The only time they worked with a third party support service was several years ago where it was done by email and charged. It was a short lived experiment.

You likely found this unnamed site claiming to do support on behalf of Mozilla in a Ad link above the real search results on search engines site like google or Bing. The Ad links can lead to questionable sites.

You may want to contact your credit card company about this to make sure there is no more charges and perhaps get this one dealt with. Again this is not from Mozilla.

Mozilla does not charge any amount of money for any Firefox related products including Firefox for Android and Firefox for desktop.

Any more details on what this charge was for and from where?.

A toll free # that leads to a message instructing you to send an email containing the last 4 of ur card, exp date, date & amount of the charge..
