Is there any regional difference between Firefox TV devices for different countries?

I'm from Ukraine and I'm interesting in buying Panasonic TX-CX700 TV from Poland. This EU TV model has EU-specific firmware and FirefoxOS software settings, different from one in Panasonic TX-CXR700 TV model from Russia. Can I successfully use SmartTV FirefoxOS Panasonic TX-CX700 in Ukraine by changing regional settings or it is impossible and there is a hardware difference between this TV models?
