When I create a JavaScript file, a default alert message shows up in the code section, but the alert does not appear in the preview, or when I click the "Refresh the Preview" button. Is this a bug, or is there a different way to run the script?

Solved my own problem by linking to the js file in the html. For some reason I was thinking they were linked automatically. :|
