Firefox crashes

I have crashes-Firefox gone, crash report trying to work but never gets submitted-something (?) blocks it. I have screen go black with/out curser-use Window's key to bring up side-bar-get "3DText" listed and when I can close it, the screen comes back. I get script stoppages and Flash plug-in stoppages, very slow response from browser to frozen and latest, since I have been applying the suggested "fixes", Tabs would open, Firefox menu would open, but nothing else. The new tab would not display anything else, including "Getting Started" at top of page. I did get to refresh again but no help. I have run the Maleware program suggested, which helped my pc but not browser. I have Refreshed twice-no change. I have updated plug-in as well as Mozilla - no change. If anything, it is running worse with this new "New Tab," unresponsive, blank page problem. I am so, so frustrated. I have had difficulty getting my problems stated fully because the problems stop me. I hope someone can help me. I know this is a lot but I feel completely stuck. I really want to keep this browser as I like it best but I keep thinking maybe I'll have to switch. Please help! Thank you

You have NVidia’s network access manager or Forceware Network Manager software installed? Disable / remove it. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/connectivity-crashing-firefox-43-update

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

I do not have NVidia's network access manager or Forceware Network Manager but I do have NVIDIA PhysX and NVIDIA Drivers. Are these the same or related in any way? Thank you.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and hardware acceleration in Firefox and try this:
