1) I cannot download (or access) any documents or forms from my health funds website using my default browser (Mozilla Firefox 43.0.4) . The following error message is received: "Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. Invalid licence data. Reinstall is required." 2) When I use IE browser I get no such problem.

There is security software like Avast and Kaspersky and BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

This Connection is Untrusted is sometimes caused because the computer system clock is wrong. Check the time / date / time zone settings.
