I cannot log into my email? Is there a support phone number I can call?
I havent been able to log into my email for some days now, is there a support phone number I can call? My IT man who used to deal with all this has gone awol and I have no idea who I am paying or how do I pay? I just need a contact number for the support team. Can anyone please help???????

I get a box that comes up to say the domain has failed

There is no Thunderbird site. It is email client software running on YOUR computer. Email providers have servers.
Maybe you need to contact your provider.

No. It is email client software running on your computer that you downloaded and use for free. Contact your email provider for issues with no email.
