Why can't I install the BT Toolbar? I have no problems with it.

I find it makes it easier for as I don't have to enter in email, facebook, etc. but these are all on the toolbar. The main problem apart from this that I have with Firefox is that it's very slow to open.

What happens when you try to install it - is there a message dialog when it fails or is blocked? If so, please provide a screenshot of that message.


See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
