Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

This is about Real wanting to install an extension globally for all Firefox profiles. You should only see this page once.

This could be a problem with the extensions.json file or with the prefs.js file (about:config) and the value of extensions.xpiState.

It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.

Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.json, extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

New files will be created when required. a problem with See "Corrupt extension files":

If you see disabled or not compatible extensions in "Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left end of the Search bar to check if there is a compatibility update available.

If this didn't help then delete addons.json and possibly prefs.js in case there is a problem with the prefs.

You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:

I can only see extensions.json in the folder please the screenshot and confirm if that is the only one to be deleted !

more options

please delete the one file above as well, since windows explorer is hiding its .ini extension there by default...

you mean the extension.ini and extension.json both ?

more options

yes exactly, please clear both of them.

Done and closed the folder and firefox ... now should i re enable to addons and restart it ?

more options

Yes, you can delete these two files extensions.json and extensions.ini to force Firefox to create new files. It is usually best to delete compatibility.ini as well to force a refresh pf cached files.

If this didn't help then delete addons.json and possibly prefs.js in case there is a problem with preferences.

Firefox comes in two or more folders on all computers. They are;

Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And one folder in the profile of each user on the computer.

If you remove the Firefox folder, the user folders would not be affected.
