Correct modem lights are all on, new cable and resetting modem don't change result. Cable stopped working when I changed web sites on Firefox after most recent update. New notice of "airplane mode on" shows up when I turn off wifi and old icon on bottom tool bar showing internet connection is gone. Instead a hidden icon only shows a cloud with a yellow triangle indicating there's no internet service without wifi on. Same result now on internet explorer - only wifi connectivity and connected cable can't get internet.
