Under Thunderbird 38.3.0, but it was the same issue with the previous versions.

When try to reply to an email contains some pictures, Thunderbird displays a sending window and stay blocked without any error essage. I have to remove all, or allmost images from the email to send it.

- I receive an email with pictures and icones - I try to reply, so the email body contains the previous message with the pictures - The sending window pops up. - The scrollbar shows me Thunderbird create the email, and stay blocked at usualy 97%. - I remove the picture from the previous message - I can send the email
