Godaddy imap account will not load new emails. It loads them when I delete and reinstall the account, but not after that. 2 other godaddy imap accounts work

On two computers, thunderbird quit receiving emails on one of three godaddy imap accounts. It works on godaddy site and on my android phone. If I delete and install the account on t-bird, it downloads the new emails, but will not download any after the initial start up and the green circle keeps going around and around. It doesn't work in safe mode either. I have deleted that account and set it up about 10 times with different ports and all with the same result. It sends fine and receives when first opened after account deletion and re-installation. Both computers run windows 7.
